I am so thankful and proud of the team we have built. They are so strong that it allowed me to take 3 weeks, YES 3 WEEKS off to visit my daughter and grandson. Yes I am still working on office and other things, but each day here I reflect on what a strong successful team that has been built and all the time, tears, sweat, and education I have put into this dream is all worth it.
