As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere while promoting our services and products.


  1. Greeting and welcoming clients with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  2. Managing the appointment schedule and ensuring it runs smoothly to minimize wait times and maximize productivity.
  3. Answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and providing accurate information about services, packages, and pricing.
  4. Promoting and selling salon and spa services, retail products, and packages to meet or exceed sales targets.
  5. Recommending personalized services and products based on clients' needs and preferences.
  6. Maintaining a tidy and organized reception area and work station.
  7. Handling cash and electronic transactions with accuracy and ensuring proper documentation.
  8. Assisting in inventory management, including stock replenishment and monitoring product expiration dates.
  9. Collaborating with salon and spa staff to coordinate appointments and ensure seamless service delivery.
  10. Managing and resolving client concerns or complaints in a professional and customer-centric manner.
  11. Building and maintaining strong client relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  12. Utilizing social media platforms to promote services, specials, and events to attract new clients and engage existing ones.
  13. Conducting sales training and product knowledge sessions for salon and spa staff to enhance their selling abilities.
  14. Monitoring and analyzing sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  15. Assisting with various administrative tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of the salon and spa.


  1. Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a salon, spa, or beauty-related environment.
  2. Strong sales and upselling skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
  4. Ability to multitask, handle high-pressure situations, and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Proficient in using computer systems.
  6. Exceptional organizational and time management abilities to manage appointments and administrative tasks efficiently.
  7. Knowledge of salon and spa services, treatments, and products is an advantage.
  8. Flexibility to work on weekends, evenings, and holidays as per the salon and spa's operational hours.
