I’m proud to call South Dakota home, born and raised in Rapid City. My husband and two girls enjoy our life on our hobby farm outside of town and we keep busy with school activities and chores on the property.

I completed massage school in 2003 and hold a bachelor’s degree in exercise science.

I have worked in both physical therapy and spa settings, tailoring my services to meet the unique needs of each person I meet.

I have continued my education over the years with most of my continuing education in myofascial release techniques and therapist assisted stretching to provide deep relief to my clients.
